Melanie is the Getting Ahead Facilitator who believes everyone should have the equal opportunity to choose their life’s path either through meaningful employment or education. Melanie has been with Goodwill for three years and has worked as a Youth Case Manager and an Employment Facilitator. Melanie brings enthusiasm, and genuine support to the participants with whom she connects. Outside of work Melanie enjoys her family vacations and being outdoors.
